九味羌活汤 张元素方录自《此事难知》
组成：（君）羌活9g、（臣）防风9g、苍术9g、（佐）黄芩6g、川芎6g、生地6g、白芷6g、
细辛3g、（使）甘草6g
功用：发汗祛湿，兼清里热。 防风 - 风药中之润剂
病机：外感风寒湿邪，兼内有蕴热。 升散药和清热药的结合运用
"分经论治"
主治：外感风寒湿邪，内有蕴热证。恶寒发热，无汗，头痛项强，肢体酸楚疼痛，口苦微渴，舌苔白或微黄，脉浮。

大青龙汤
大青龙汤《伤寒论》
组成：麻黄12g、桂枝6g 、炙甘草6g、杏仁6g、石膏12g、生姜9g、大枣3g
功用：发汗解表,兼清里热。
病机：
主治：外感风寒,里有郁热证。恶寒发热,头身疼痛,无汗,烦躁,口渴,脉浮紧。大青龙汤系由麻黄汤重用麻黄,再加石膏、生姜、大枣组成。
桂枝汤
桂枝汤《伤寒论》
组成：（君）桂枝9g、（臣）芍药9g、（佐）生姜9g、大枣3枚、（佐使）炙甘草6g
功用：解肌发表，调和营卫。
病机：外感风寒，营卫不和。 辛温解表之和剂 (调和营卫、调和阴阳治法的代表方)
主治：外感风寒表虚证。恶风发热，汗出头痛，鼻鸣干呕，苔白不渴，脉浮缓或浮弱。
麻黄汤
麻黄汤《伤寒论》
组成：（君）麻黄9g、（臣）桂枝6g、（佐）杏仁6g、（佐使）炙甘草3g
功用：发汗解表，宣肺平喘。
病机：外感风寒，肺气失宣。 辛温发汗之峻剂
主治：外感风寒表实证。恶寒发热，头身疼痛，无汗而喘，舌苔薄白，脉浮紧。
